		The International New Physiology Association, Inc. (INPA) serves as the governing association for all institutes and practitioners of Quantum Energetics Structured Technique(QEST). There are currently three institutes certified through the INPA to teach QEST. Each institute has similar programs, and they all teach in different locations throughout the United States.
