"I went to see a QE practitioner because I was looking for something to help me get healthier (plus I had nothing to lose except an hour and a half of my time and a little bit of money). My health was poor…I had suffered from acute bronchitis six times in eight months and had taken Prednisone to treat it. At age 30, I was worried about the long term effects of Prednisone and was willing to try just about anything to help me get better. Along with diet changes and QE, I have not had bronchitis for an entire year. The past winter, I had a head cold that went into my chest after one day and was gone by the next day.
